Our laboratory offers services adapted to the needs of customers. We provide comprehensive services in the field of microbiological control.

Construction and building industry products (paints, plasters, adhesives, etc.):

• In-can challenge tests.
• Dry film preservation tests. Tested samples can be subjected to water leaching cycles or to weathering in QUV tester.
• Antimicrobial activity and efficacy of surfaces tests according to EN ISO 22196 based on JIS Z 2801 standard.
• HPLC analyses for the presence and concentration of "in-can" and "dry film" preservatives (i.a. isothiazolinones, formaldehyde, selected fungicides and algaecides), as well as stability tests of biocides in the finished product.

Cosmetics:

• Assessment of microbiological contamination performed with in-house developed methods and standardized ISO methods such as: EN ISO 21149, EN ISO 18416, EN ISO 22717, EN ISO 22718.
• Challenge tests /conservation tests according to: PN-EN ISO 11930, KOKO TEST, European Pharmacopeia and internal procedures. Test methods can be adapted to individual needs of customers.
• Chromatographic analyses (HPLC) for the presence and concentration of active preservatives substance in cosmetics (parabens, isothiazolinones, etc.).
• Assessment of preservatives stability in final products.

Household chemistry:

• Sterility checks.
• Challenge tests / conservation tests.
• HPLC analysis of household cleaning products for the presence and concentration of active preservatives substance.
• Assessment of preservatives stability in final products.
